The First Hour
Our time on Earth is limited, and more probably than not I sound like a broken record by now, but it is so important for me that this information sinks deep in your mind and your heart. Time is our most precious resource. The only one that cannot be replaced, reversed, or bought. Everything else can (be).
We all have the same 24 hours, 1440 minutes, or 86400 seconds per day, no matter if we’re rich or poor, healthy or sick, successful or failure.
But not every hour, minute, or second counts the same.
I deeply believe that the first hour of the day is the most important one. The one that will set the tone for the remaining 23 hours.
The first hour needs to be sacred, guarded with everything we have – because the first hour of our day is the most critical – paramount for success.
The way you start your day is directly related to how the rest of it will develop. Period. Multiply that by 365 and you’ve got a pretty good idea of how your whole year will be.
What If?
What if you wake up earlier each morning and start working on building something for yourself? Something that is important, and if practiced over time, can bring extraordinary change. Change for your mind, change for your body, change for your productivity, and change that can bring lasting contentment with yourself as a human being.
Identify the activities you can do to support this change. If something sticks, keep doing it. If not, ditch it and try something else. Don’t force something just because it’s done by Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, or Tim Ferriss. If it doesn’t work for you, don’t do it.

The first hour is arguably the most important hour of the day.
Create your own powerful first hour.
And then use it wisely.
Time is free, but it's priceless.
You can't own it, but you can use it.
You can't keep it, but you can spend it.
Once you've lost it, you can never get it back.
