We all know the importance of drinking to stay hydrated, and I know that you probably drink water in addition to coffee, tea, soda, alcohol, soup, etc., however, I challenge you to drink at least 1 liter of lukewarm water per day.

When you start your challenge, opt for lukewarm or warm water because drinking warm water can aid in digestion, help your circulation, and overall assist your body in getting rid of toxins faster.

6 Tips to Help You Drink More Water

  1. Drink water before every meal (an added benefit of eating less)
  2. Keep a reusable water bottle with you in the car, at a desk, or in a bag
  3. Set a daily goal (example 3 liters per day)
  4. Set reminders
  5. Replace other drinks with water
  6. Drink one glass of warm water first thing when you wake up and the last thing before you go to bed

 

Additional tip: just think of water or watch some content that includes water and you will feel thirsty (at least this works for me).
